occupied with collecting, analyzing and
evaluating the private information which
does not create any crime with the condition
of not violating the private life and rights
of the persons and entities.This work should
be carried out In the framework of the Turkish
Criminal Code, Turkish Legal Procedural
Law and Civil Code and the laws and regulations
related to the respective subject according
to the Real and Incorporated entities and
withan aim of submitting the crime based
information to the ''Juidicial, Administrative
and Official Law Forces'' and offer the
results to the real and incorporate entities
which request the investigation.
OBJECT:
In whichever place of the world , and
with whatsoever name and form,administrative
systems are founded and all of the administrational
systems have to be based upon a force and
a power.
As Pascal says: ''The power not based on
justice is cruel as the administration not
based on power is weak''.
What will be the help of the rights if they
are not performed even the human around
the world have Human Rights or Constitutional
Rights.
It is something the same when walking alone
in a dark night on a quite road and if you
would be affected by the unfair and illegal
attack of others and your power won't be
enough what may be the importance of these
