Private
Investigation Law has not come into force in Turkey
yet!
Private Investigation Law was proposed to the
Turkish Parliament in 1994 and accepted. However,
the President sent the law back to the Turkish
Parliament for further discussion, the law has
not again been forwarded to the General Commissions
of the Turkish Parliament and now there is no
further effort for the private investigation law.
Nevertheless, this does not mean that private
investigation services are not legal. The reason
is that there is no prohibitory law regarding
the production of Private Investigations.

The
existence of this law will influence for the good of
the person and the corporations doing this business
rather than the customer. Because through this law the
fields of authority and responsibility of the Private
Inspectors will have been determined and in the course
of duty they will be able to receive support from the
state official institutions only within the limits drawn.
Maviay Inspection carries on its private inspection
services without getting close to the limits of the
constitutional rights and doing any follow-up work against
the Laws and regulations of the Republicof Turkey and
Civil Law.
Our staff working as research assistants at Maviay Inspection
are specialiss and professionasl in their fields. Through
our interviews with the necessary authorities we carry
on our efforts for the Private Investigation Service
Law to come into effect in the Turkey as soon as possible.
